KRRiT withholds 316 million PLN in licence fees from public media

Poland's National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) continues to withhold 316 million PLN in collected licence fees that are owed to public media. The funds are being blocked as part of an ongoing institutional dispute between the regulator and public broadcasters. The standoff has left public media without a significant portion of their budgeted revenue.
