PiS Proposes Blocking Ukraine's EU Accession Over Glorification of Bandera's Ideology

PiS MP Przemysław Czarnek announced a draft Sejm resolution opposing Ukraine's EU membership, citing Kyiv's glorification of Bandera's ideology, which he compared to Nazism. The announcement came on the anniversary of the 1943 "Bloody Sunday" Volhynia massacre. Czarnek called on Ukraine to stop honouring those he described as perpetrators of the Volhynian genocide.
