Kamala Harris weighing a 2028 presidential run

Former US Vice President Kamala Harris is considering another presidential run in 2028 and has begun laying the groundwork for a potential campaign. She has completed a book tour through early primary states and met with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Harris has not yet formally declared her candidacy but is clearly testing the waters.
