European Parliament Approves New Posted-Worker Rules — Polish Firms Fear Higher Costs

The European Parliament has approved changes to social security coordination rules for workers posted to other EU member states. Polish companies fear the new regulations will significantly raise the cost of deploying workers abroad. The European Commission has announced it will present a fair-mobility package for workers in September.
