The first half of 2026 has been a roller-coaster for Guy Ritchie , who has released a few projects, albeit some more successful than others. Ritchie’s official 2026 return came back in March with the launch of Young Sherlock , the Prime Video detective saga that was dropped as a binge. The show was met with a warm reception from both critics and audiences, and after spending weeks atop streaming charts, it was ultimately renewed for Season 2. Things took a tumble for Ritchie when he returned to theaters for the premiere of In the Grey , his Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal -starring action movie that bombed at the box office. In the Grey has since gone on to find redemption on Prime Video as a VOD hit, but no official streaming information has been released at the time of writing.
