Baltic Coast Prices 2025: Waffle Up to 36 zł, Cod Portion Around 100 zł

Prices at seaside restaurants in Poland are rising fastest in the most tourist-heavy spots, a phenomenon economist Dr Justyna Osuch-Mallett calls "promenade economics". In the 2025 season a waffle with toppings costs 20–36 zł, while a 100-gram portion of cod with salad and chips runs to around 100 zł. Restaurant owners cite rising ingredient and labour costs as the main drivers.
