Mennica24 Fraud: Man Charged Over 5m Złoty Scam Targeting 119 Gold Buyers

The District Prosecutor's Office in Kraków has filed charges against Adam S., sole board member of Grupa Mennice Polskie, which operated the online shop Mennica24.pl. He is accused of defrauding 119 customers out of over 5 million złoty by taking payment for gold and silver coins and bars that were never delivered. The case will now be heard in court.
