Tusk announces Volhynia victims' Wall of Remembrance in Warsaw

On Saturday 11 July — the anniversary of the 1943 Bloody Sunday massacre — Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that a Wall of Remembrance will be built in Warsaw. It will feature an eternal flame and the names of all identified victims of 20th-century wars on Ukrainian territory, including those of the Volhynia massacre. Tusk also said that "nationalism cannot be answered with more nationalism," a message implicitly directed at Kyiv.
