Salah after Egypt's World Cup exit: "A new start for Egyptian football"

Mohamed Salah posted a message on X three days after Egypt were eliminated from the 2026 World Cup following their defeat against Argentina. The forward called the loss a new beginning for Egyptian football. Salah did not elaborate on his own future with the national team.
