Boniek: Marciniak could referee a World Cup semi-final

Polish referee Szymon Marciniak has officiated only two matches at the current World Cup and will not take charge of any quarter-final. FIFA has already confirmed he will not feature in the quarter-final stage. However, former Polish FA president Zbigniew Boniek believes Marciniak still has a chance of being assigned to a semi-final.
