Evil Dead Burn director trimmed one scene to avoid NC-17 rating

Sébastien Vaniček, co-writer and director of Warner Bros.' Evil Dead Burn, revealed he had to "trim a little bit" one scene to avoid an NC-17 rating. He reassured fans the scene remains "still intense and pretty brutal." Outside of that one trimmed sequence, the film did not otherwise hold back on gore.
