Poland drafting new rules for e-scooters and electric bikes

Poland's Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak announced that his ministry is working on amendments to two laws — on vehicle type approval and on vehicle operators — to introduce clearer legal and technical rules for e-scooters and electric bikes. Klimczak acknowledged that police and other services currently face difficulties enforcing the existing regulations.
