Courtois Injured and in Tears as Belgium Equalise Against Spain in WC Quarter-Final

In their World Cup quarter-final against Spain, Belgium managed to equalise after going behind first. Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois suffered an injury during the match and was forced off the pitch in tears. His further participation in the tournament is now in serious doubt.
