Study: RFK Jr.'s removal of MMRV vaccine recommendation harms US toddlers
An independent study published on Friday shows that last September's ACIP vote — led by advisors hand-picked by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — to strip federal recommendations for the MMRV combination vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox) is harmful to US toddlers. The panel voted without using a standard decision-making framework ACIP has historically applied. The new analysis performs the evaluation the advisors skipped, documenting the concrete health risks the change poses to young children.
