Bartoszewski: Ukrainian deputy minister came to Warsaw empty-handed

Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski commented on the controversy over Ukraine's decision to honour figures linked to the UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army). He described it as a deliberate policy of the Ukrainian government. He also recalled a visit by a Ukrainian deputy minister to Warsaw, saying the official arrived without any concrete proposals — effectively "with an empty briefcase."
