Parliament receives motion to strip Deputy Justice Minister Myrcha of immunity

Poland's National Prosecution Service has forwarded a police motion to the Sejm seeking to strip Deputy Justice Minister Arkadiusz Myrcha of parliamentary immunity. The case relates to an alleged breach of electoral silence rules. The Sejm will now decide whether to lift his immunity.
