Trump won't sign housing bill but will let it become law without his signature

President Donald Trump announced he will not sign a bipartisan housing bill as a protest against lawmakers' refusal to pass a separate voter-ID bill he has championed. The housing bill will nonetheless become law without his signature. Trump publicly criticised Congress for failing to back his voter identification priority.
