Pepco sells Dealz Poland chain for a symbolic €1 to Modella Capital

Pepco Group has completed the sale of its Dealz Poland retail chain to Modella Acquisition Co 17 Limited, a company linked to Modella Capital, for a symbolic price of 1 złoty. The deal closed after receiving clearance from Poland's competition authority, UOKiK. Pepco announced the transfer of shares in an official statement.
