Pepco sells Dealz Poland to Modella Capital after antitrust approval

Pepco Group has completed the previously announced sale of Dealz Poland to Modella Acquisition Co 17 Limited, an entity linked to Modella Capital. The deal closed after Polish antitrust regulator UOKiK granted its approval. Following the ownership change, Dealz Poland will discontinue its food product range.
