Prof. Motyka: Exhumations and condemnation of crimes are conditions for Poland-Ukraine de-escalation

Historian Prof. Grzegorz Motyka set out two conditions for resolving the Polish-Ukrainian crisis over the Volhynia massacre: conducting exhumations and burials of victims, and Ukraine's official condemnation of crimes committed against Poles. He stressed that no such declaration has ever come from Ukrainian state officials. Motyka spoke on the programme "Najważniejsze pytania".
