Deputy minister: Maria Szczepaniec is not a legitimate Supreme Court judge

Deputy Justice Minister Dariusz Mazur has criticised the president's decision to appoint Maria Szczepaniec as head of the Supreme Court's Chamber of Professional Responsibility. Mazur stated that Szczepaniec "is not a legitimate judge" and that any Supreme Court panel including her cannot be considered an independent court.
