Regular and extended cab pickups nearly gone – these models still offer them

The crew cab has become the dominant configuration in the pickup truck market, pushing regular and extended cab versions to near extinction in current model lineups. Only a handful of models, including the Ford F-150, Ram 1500 and GMC Sierra, still offer these traditional body styles. Consumer demand for four-door comfort and passenger space is cited as the main driver of the trend.
