Steam hits record $11.1bn revenue in first half of 2026

Valve's Steam platform recorded its highest-ever results in the first half of 2026, generating $11.1 billion in revenue. That figure exceeds even the game-heavy second half of 2025 and is considerably more than the first half of 2025. The record comes as both Xbox and PlayStation are reportedly struggling.
