Cathy Payne to head Banijay's distribution arm after $8bn All3Media merger

Following the completion of Banijay Entertainment's $8 billion merger with All3Media, Cathy Payne — currently CEO of Banijay Rights — will lead the combined global distribution business. All3Media International will be integrated into Banijay Rights. All3Media International CEO Louise Pedersen is stepping down as part of the restructuring.
