Poland's Security Fund opens 5.6bn PLN applications for shelters and cyber projects

Poland's Security and Defence Fund has opened applications for a total of 5.6 billion PLN in financing for local governments. The funds can be used for building shelters, road infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. However, most of the available money takes the form of loans rather than non-repayable grants.
