Warsaw court upholds European Arrest Warrant for Romanowski

The Warsaw Regional Court on Friday rejected a defence motion to lift the European Arrest Warrant issued against Marcin Romanowski, the court's criminal division spokeswoman Judge Anna Ptaszek confirmed. The warrant against the former deputy justice minister therefore remains in force. Romanowski's legal team had sought its annulment.
