Ukraine's sports minister Bidnyi outraged by IOC opening door to Russia's Olympic return

Ukraine's Sports Minister Matviy Bidnyi told DW he is outraged by the International Olympic Committee's move to open the door to Russia's return to the Olympics. Bidnyi called the decision unjust given Russia's ongoing war against Ukraine. Ukraine has consistently demanded that Russian athletes remain excluded from international competition.
