56 candidates nominated for Supreme Court lay judges — half from KOD

A total of 56 candidates were submitted to the Marshal of the Senate by 30 June for the third term of Supreme Court lay judges. Of these, 28 were nominated by the Committee for the Defence of Democracy (KOD). Formal and legal review of the applications is scheduled for 21 July.
