Warsaw Court Refuses to Lift European Arrest Warrant for Romanowski

The Warsaw District Court rejected a defence motion to lift the European Arrest Warrant against MP Marcin Romanowski, court spokeswoman Judge Anna Ptaszek confirmed. Romanowski faces charges in the investigation into the Justice Fund scandal. In a parallel proceeding, the court is also handling a request to issue a European Arrest Warrant against former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro.
