Polish Finance Ministry: Gazprom sanctions listing does not block UOKiK fine enforcement

Poland's Ministry of Finance has stated that placing Gazprom on the sanctions list and freezing its assets does not prevent the enforcement of the fine imposed by competition watchdog UOKiK. The ministry added that it cannot comment on individual cases due to fiscal secrecy rules. The matter relates to the high-profile UOKiK proceedings against the Russian gas giant.
