Polish Air Navigation Authority account seized after Pfizer ruling — Health Ministry appeals

Polish Health Minister Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda announced that her ministry is preparing an appeal in a court case related to a dispute with Pfizer. A bailiff seized the account of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP) as part of enforcing the ruling. The ministry is working with the General Prosecutor's Office and the Finance Ministry, as it is the Polish state that was sued.
