Warsaw court rejects bid to lift European Arrest Warrant for Romanowski

The Warsaw District Court on Friday rejected a defence motion to lift the European Arrest Warrant issued against Marcin Romanowski, as confirmed by court spokeswoman Judge Anna Ptaszek. The former deputy minister has been evading Polish justice from abroad for months. The ruling means the warrant against him remains fully in force.
