All3Media International CEO Louise Pedersen exits after Banijay merger

Louise Pedersen is leaving her role as CEO of All3Media International following the completion of the Banijay and All3Media merger. Cathy Payne has been named to lead the enlarged distribution unit as Banijay Rights Sales Chief. All3Media International is the distributor of formats including the hit show "The Traitors".
