Kremlin admits Ukrainian drone strikes cut Russian oil refining to 20-year low
Russia has for the first time openly acknowledged fuel supply problems caused by Ukrainian drone strikes on its refineries. Oil processing has dropped to its lowest level in over two decades. In response, Moscow has increased fuel imports and imposed export bans on select petroleum products, according to Reuters.
