SK Hynix raises $26.5bn in largest-ever US listing by a foreign company

South Korean memory chipmaker SK Hynix raised $26.5 billion through an American depositary receipt offering — the largest-ever US listing by a foreign company. The ADRs were indicated to open 21% above their offering price. SK Hynix is a key supplier of high-bandwidth memory chips used in Nvidia's AI processors.
