TK Chief Święczkowski Plans to Physically Bar New Judges from Assembly

Trybunał Konstytucyjny (Constitutional Tribunal) president Bogdan Święczkowski intends to prevent newly appointed judges from attending the General Assembly of Judges, according to OKO.press. He reportedly moved the session to a smaller room adjacent to his office, which may be guarded by Tribunal security. The move is the latest escalation in Poland's ongoing dispute over the composition and legitimacy of the Constitutional Tribunal.
