Netflix in talks to acquire Letterboxd film-review social network

Netflix is in talks to acquire Letterboxd, the popular film-review social network founded in 2011. The platform is majority-owned by Canadian holding company Tiny, which has been shopping it to interested parties in recent months. Letterboxd recently launched an online video-rental service, making it a more attractive acquisition target.
