Ekstraklasa referee Wójcik files criminal complaint against head of referees

Arkadiusz Kamil Wójcik, one of Ekstraklasa's most experienced referees, filed a criminal complaint with the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw on 9 July. He accused Marcin Szulc, head of the Referees' College, and a board member of mobbing, threats and defamation. PZPN president Cezary Kulesza had reportedly warned that "heads would roll." The case appears to be heading toward Wójcik's departure from refereeing.
