Orlen, PGE, Enea and Tauron to pioneer Poland's local content reporting pilot

Poland is launching a pilot programme to measure the share of domestic content in public procurement projects. In the first phase, only state-owned energy companies — PGE, Tauron, ENEA and Orlen — will report data to the Central Statistical Office (GUS). The programme aims to assess how much of public spending flows to Polish suppliers and manufacturers.

Should local content reporting be extended to all companies, not just state-owned ones?
