Supreme Administrative Court: Universities not obliged to expel students for failing a semester
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has ruled that universities are not required to automatically expel students who fail a semester or academic year. However, if a university does choose to remove a student from the register, it must provide at least a minimal justification for that decision. The ruling gives institutions more discretion while holding them accountable for their choices.
