Tusk on Poland–Pfizer dispute: ruling froze 80% of aviation agency revenues
Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented Friday on the fallout from a court ruling in the Pfizer vs. Poland case, which has resulted in 80% of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency's (PANSA) revenues being frozen. Tusk said he discussed the situation with the Finance Minister and pledged financial support to ensure PANSA continues to function. He described the underlying legal dispute with Pfizer as something that "cries out to heaven for vengeance."
