Deputy Minister Myrcha to waive immunity over alleged electoral silence violation
Deputy Justice Minister Arkadiusz Myrcha has declared he will submit a statement waiving his parliamentary immunity to the Speaker of the Sejm. The move comes after police, via the prosecutor's office, filed a request to lift his immunity over an alleged violation of electoral silence. Myrcha said he would act as soon as possible.
