IOC reinstates Russia — Kulesza warns football talks on Russian return may begin soon

The International Olympic Committee has reinstated the Russian Olympic Committee, paving the way for Russian athletes to gradually return to international competition. Volleyball will be among the first sports to welcome Russia back.
