Oil refineries burning near Moscow — Zelensky calls it a "historic joke"

Thick columns of smoke rose over Moscow after fires broke out at two Russian oil refineries, including one located in the capital itself. Serhiy Sternenko, an adviser to Ukraine's Defence Ministry, mockingly said the refineries "catch fire on their own." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commented on Russia's losses by calling the situation a "historic joke."
