Trial begins over fatal crash near Bisztynek that killed father and 2-year-old son

The District Court in Biskupiec has scheduled the first hearing for mid-September in a case concerning a fatal road accident near Bisztynek in August 2025. A father and his 2-year-old son were killed in the crash, and one other person was injured. The accused driver faces charges of causing an accident resulting in death.
