Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 star Luke Dale pleads for role in Red Dead Redemption 3

After Red Dead Redemption 2 , fans can't help but now look forward to Rockstar Games' next cowboy adventure – and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 star Luke Dale is no exception.

Dale, who plays Hans Capon in Kingdom Come and its sequel, confirms as much in a new online post , pinging the official Rockstar account on Twitter. "Once again pleading with Rockstar Games to make me a cowboy," he writes – and honestly, I feel like he's probably serious here, too.

I mean, he does say "once again," which sort of implies he's given thought to joining the Red Dead cast at some point in the past… or perhaps even requested a role.

Red Dead Redemption 3 remains a bit of a mystery, though, as Rockstar hasn't even confirmed it's happening. The studio is admittedly likely busy with GTA 6 and what have you, but a third Red Dead feels inevitable.

After all, Red Dead Redemption 2 and its online counterpart still boast an active player base – myself included (hey, there's a serious shortage of good horse games out there, OK?). It's also, you know, the third best-selling game ever .

Commenters on Dale's post seem to think a third game is in the works, too, and are keen for the Kingdom Come star to join the cast, with one asking Rockstar, "Have you cast for RDR3 already?" Another amusingly questions Dale himself, wondering, "How good is your American accent?" The Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 actor replies with a GIF: "Oh, you have NO idea."

Now I sort of want to see him as a cowboy someday, too.

Here's hoping Rockstar hears his cries and gives him a chance – and, um, that Red Dead Redemption 3 is actually happening at all (or planned to, at least).
