Tusk on Polish-Ukrainian tensions: "Nationalist nutcases on both sides"
Prime Minister Donald Tusk addressed the Polish-Ukrainian dispute over the glorification of the UPA, saying the government always knew that "nationalist nutcases on both sides" would be active in the conflict. He nonetheless gave a positive assessment of talks between President Karol Nawrocki and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara. Tusk suggested that presidential-level dialogue offers grounds for cautious optimism.
