"A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms," George R.R. Martin's favourite Game of Thrones spin-off, has received a major season 2 update. The show follows the origin story of Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey) and his squire Egg (Dexter Sol Ansell), who will eventually become King Aegon V.
