Over 100 Baltic beaches closed due to high waves and E. coli contamination

On Friday, bathing bans were in place at over 100 Baltic Sea beaches in Poland. Most closures were due to high waves, strong winds and rip currents. At Bobolin Zachód beach, the water was declared unfit for swimming due to elevated E. coli bacteria levels.
