Metaplanet explores Bitcoin-backed digital credit in Japan with JPYC

Japanese firm Metaplanet announced it is studying Bitcoin-backed digital credit products together with JPYC and Progmat. No product has been launched yet — the initiative remains at the research stage. It marks another step by Metaplanet toward integrating Bitcoin into Japan's financial market.
